To prevent inventory hoarding, pre-orders are non-refundable unless the following terms are met. This is to ensure inventory and fulfilment accuracy.

Exchange & Returns Policy for Pre-Order
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected product(s) and quantities set out in your order upon these terms and conditions.

We will only issue refunds provided they meet the following guidelines:

  • A full refund will only be given if a request was made within 7 days of purchase or if your order is out of stock.
  • 30% cancellation charges will be applicable for requests made after 7 days of purchase.
  • Non-refundable after delivery.

 

What do I do if an item from my delivery is missing or defective?

Please request an appointment to inspect your purchased product at our office before delivery. 48hrs advance notice is required, available from Mon to Fri 3 to 5pm.

  • All units are thoroughly inspected and ensure in working condition before delivery.
  • Warranty is covered within Singapore only.
  • Warranty does not cover damages by shipping or exported units.
  • Lifeline will not be liable for any item discrepancy once goods had been inspected and found satisfactory after delivery.
  • Delivery within Singapore only.
 

How soon will I receive my refund?
Refunds may take up to 15 working days to be reflected on your bank statement. Please note that refund amount is subjected to conditions of the products and cancelled orders may be subjected to admin and delivery (or collection) charge.
