Delivery Charges
Free delivery for orders above $180, otherwise delivery fee $32 is chargeable.

Delivery will be within 2-5 working days, from Mon to Fri during operation hours.

Please refer to shipping rates on your cart.
0.1kg to 5kg (<1 metre), $6 courier charges. Delivery takes 2-5 working days.
5kg to 9.9kg (<1 metre), $8 courier charges. Delivery takes 2-5 working days.

 

Exchange & Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected product(s) and quantities set out in your order upon these terms and conditions.

Purchases made will be deemed final and are non-refundable, unless out of stock or otherwise stated. Any discrepancy should be notified to us in writing within 7 days from receipt of goods. 

Should any item be defective, we’ll be happy to exchange it. Please email to e-sales@lifeline.com.sg or contact us at (+65)62892062 for assistance and we will get back to you within 3 working days.

We will only accept exchanges provided they meet the following guidelines:

  • For exchanges: Purchases made within 3 days.
  • Proof of purchase: Original invoice / receipt / warranty card.
  • Items must be in original packaging and unused.
  • May subjected to admin and delivery (or collection) charge if delivery is required for non-faulty item.
